Ze Povinho, Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro's rumpled everyman, turned 150 this year, and the museum devoted to his creator lays out how one caricature became shorthand for a whole country's grievances. It is a sharp, funny walk through Portuguese satire, included in museum admission at Campo Grande. On through September 6.
